Ruffled & Ruched Scarf with Flower Closure

This bit of Victoriana begins with a full-length provisional cast-on and proceeds to ruffle its way to one edge.  In the second class you will pick up from that cast-on to knit the other side, and create the flower that closes your beautiful neckpiece.  You need to know how to knit, purl, knit front & back, as well as k2tog.  You will learn the provisional cast-on and the cable cast-on during class.
